Silky, elegant, persuasive This Barbera offers lavish amounts of floral and balsamic notes, followed by gentle acidity and an unexpected tannic texture. Tasting Notes Color: ruby-red with violet hues Bouquet: notes of ripe cherry, lavender, and sweet spices Taste: on the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied, with hints of aromatic herbs and licorice. The finish is long and well-balanced VINIFICATION Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 15 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 20% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 12 months of aging.
