Having read good things about this stick, I was certainly excited to try it. Sometimes the hype doesn’t live up to the expectation. In this case it did! This AJ creation was like a meal, in oh so many ways. You had pepper up front, the blue cheese like flavor, and then a candy like sweetness toward the end, all mixed with a dash of slightly charred cedar. I don’t even know.. The Blue Cheese was/is a crazy smoke. This was a complex, and uber tasty cigar for the price. Heck, any price. It also sits with a mostly medium to full strength profile. I’ve smoked a couple of these now, and have had a similar experience both times. The hour plus I spent with this stick was one very enjoyable hour! Myself, I smoked it with a cream soda. That hit the spot, too. AJ Fernandez is a strange bird. I mean in the sense of somebody that is so large within the industry, and someone who can produce quantities of this and that for not only himself, but also others, all while still concocting little gems like this— is actually quite impressive. The Blue Cheese is certainly a unique flavor bomb!! I loved it! Give it a go..
