Rack construction shall be a two-piece steel top and two-piece steel base, which shall feature four holes for anchoring to the floor (anchors not included). The network rack shall include four 12-gauge steel (3″D) double-sided vertical channels with mounting holes tapped 12-24 on EIA mounting centers and feature printed RU markings. Side supports feature holes for cable pass-through, and tie-off points. The rack shall ship unassembled and includes quick-install nylon plastic cable managers, and assembly and panel mounting hardware. The rack shall be manufactured in the USA using USA-certified steel and have a smooth-black powder-coat finish. It shall be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.
